Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Vistobi you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Vistobi is a subscription web application that collects and summarises website performance, search and e-commerce data for the websites you add, and provides an assistant that answers questions about that data. Metrics come from third-party sources you connect and are provided for information only.

• You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace.
• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• Notify us immediately at info@vistobi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• You may connect Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, e-commerce and SEO data sources you are authorised to access.
• You confirm that you have the right to grant that access and to have the data processed in Vistobi.
• You keep all rights to your own data. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
• You may disconnect any integration at any time; we then stop collecting new data from that source.

• Do not access data or accounts you are not authorised to access.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent the security or plan limits of the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service unless your plan explicitly allows client access.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Prices are shown in the application; applicable VAT or other taxes are added as indicated at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Plan limits, such as the number of websites and users, apply as described on your plan. Exceeding them may restrict new additions, but we never delete your data because of a limit.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to the selected plan unless cancelled before it ends.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party API outages and rate limits can delay or interrupt data collection. Support is provided by email at info@vistobi.com.

Scores, briefs, recommendations and assistant answers are generated automatically from third-party data and may be incomplete or delayed. They are decision support, not professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you take based on them.

The service, its software, design and brand belong to Vistobi. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails after notice, or if required by law. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary / European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Questions: info@vistobi.com.
